  • Once you place an order on our website, we begin processing it immediately.
  • Your item undergoes a quality check before being handed over to our courier partner.
  • It is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners for shipment.
  • Finally, your product is shipped to your provided address.
  • If your location is outside the service area of our courier partners, the Motikari team will contact you to find an alternative solution to ensure your order reaches you.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to ship products within 3-5 working days. However, delivery may take up to 12-15 working days depending on various factors.

In some cases, delays might occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we diligently ship orders throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays.

Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political disruptions, shipments may face additional delays. We will do our best to expedite the process and appreciate your patience during such times.

C) Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Motikari containing the tracking ID of the courier partner. You can click on “TRACK ORDER” and use the last 4 digits of your order number or the full AWB number to check the status and estimated delivery date.

D) Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
Yes, we offer COD services throughout India.

E) Are there any additional charges for COD?
No, there are no extra charges for COD.

F) How are orders packaged?
We take extra care to ensure your orders are delivered in excellent condition. Each item is wrapped in durable packaging to protect it from damage. So far, Motikari has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.

G) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

  • Yes, you can change the shipping address before your order has been processed (shipped) by contacting our customer support team at +91-123456789.
  • If your order has already been shipped, an address change will require the order to be reshipped, incurring an additional charge of INR 200.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Motikari also offers international shipping services. We provide attractive shipping options for all international orders.

Shipping Charges: Depend on the weight of the parcel.

Taxes and Duties:

  • Taxes and duties are calculated based on the shipping destination and are borne by the customer.
  • As the recipient, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes (if any) imposed by the destination country. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
