Domestic Customers
Exchange Policy for Domestic Customers
Size or Product Exchange:
- If you face any size issues or wish to exchange the product for a different item, email us at support@motikari.com within 5 days of delivery.
- If reverse pickup is available for your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up from the original delivery location and send the replacement product.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to send the product back to us with your name and mobile number clearly mentioned on the package.
Note:
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
- Exchanges for a different product are not accepted.
- Products purchased during sales or with discounts are non-exchangeable.
Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery:
- If you receive a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item, we will replace it with the quickest possible delivery option.
- All products are subjected to a three-layer quality check before dispatch, and the process is recorded for reference. However, in case of an issue, we will resolve it promptly.
When Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- Color Variations:
A 10% color difference may occur due to screen resolutions and lighting; this is not eligible for exchange. - Material or Color Preferences:
Exchanges are not allowed if the customer dislikes the material or color. We use the best quality materials, and detailed product descriptions are available online. Please read these details carefully before ordering. - Customized Products:
Exchanges are not accepted for specially customized pieces.
Cancellation Policy for Domestic Customers
Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed.
International Customers
Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery:
- If your product is damaged or incorrect, email us at support@motikari.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, along with a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
- Custom Duties: Any custom duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Policy for International Customers:
The same exchange policy applies to international customers as mentioned for domestic customers.
Cancellation Policy for International Customers
Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. However, you may exchange or replace the product by emailing us at support@motikari.com.
